Located right outside the heart of downtown Greenville, The Rutherford is a unique 1950's historic building. The venue is comprised of two floors with three different hosting spaces and over 10,000 square feet to accommodate any event. The original exposed brick, wood beam ceilings, and hardwood floors blend old historic charm with modern-day sophistication.

The upper level, indoor space measuring nearly 2,800 square feet with 13 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, floor-to-ceiling windows and original pine floors.

The lower level, indoor space measuring more than 2,200 square feet. Features three glass overhead doors opening to the outdoors which includes the Veranda, a 1,150 square foot covered patio.

The 1,150 square foot covered Veranda spills out into an expansive outdoor entertainment space of approximately 4,000 square feet enclosed with a privacy fence.
